Great time! $76 for 2 hours midday on a weekday. Staff were friendly and informative. The sound system worked great even with my old glitchy phone. We were in the English Countryside outdoor hot tub garden. It was very cute and well maintained—they were cleaning as soon as we were out of there so it’s clear they take cleanliness and maintenance seriously. We were worried it might be a little hokey, but it was a lovely relaxing experience and we’re glad we went. We will be back, 10/10 recommend.

Booking should not be this complicated. Why should your customers choose a price according to the time of day, can a computer not display the price automatically by the booking you choose? Why can they choose the wrong time, then get a booking cancelation? Why can you book a time that's available online but not available in reality? Why did the staff reschedule a 11:45 am appointment to 11:30 PM - 1 AM?
As if those two time slots are anywhere near each other. I'm very disappointed that I scheduled well in advance to have two appointments canceled, and one that was rescheduled to an incompatible time.
So instead of spending my Saturday relaxing at your spa, we'll be doing who knows what else.

Called on short notice to inquire about availability for a tub on a Friday afternoon and surprisingly was quickly accommodated. We received excellent customer service, notably from a gentleman named Kyle who was exceptional. Will be returning in the future.
