The technician Phil was very good and started right in after what I described that what I saw not working on my furnace. Got right to work. Very professional even being called out at 6 pm on a Friday. Stayed to make sure all was good and cleaned up after. Did not try to upsale us on extra repairs. Made sure to stay to make sure we were happy and taken care of.

All the Staff at The Furnace Guy were wonderful to work with from Phil the Owner who helped us choose the best heat pump and furnace package for our home to Kenton and Ethan that removed our old boiler, handling unit and air conditioning unit and installed our new heat pump and 97% efficient furnace in two days in the cleanest, most efficient manner without us losing heat during our first cold spell. Even Tara in the office filed our Consumers Energy rebate for us and provided the AHRI Certificates we need to get the Federal Tax Credit. All in all it was a great experience and we would highly recommend The Furnace Guy.
