Our furnace went out on Thanksgiving. We had three different companies out. Both technicians were informative and communicated throughout the troubleshooting process. They were fair priced and when they couldn’t replace the unit like I asked for a quote for, they put in the work to identify the problem and get the parts quickly. (Even in the freezing rain/snow) Within 48hours we had heat after being told there wasn’t a solution!
I highly recommend the team at Suburban.
If/when we need further service I know who I’m calling.
Weekend emergency call. Anthony was our Tech. From initial phone call to the tech arriving was a little over an one hour (within Allegan county). Our tech was professional, knowledgeable, and honest.
