I just retired and I was looking for a beautiful place to get my body back on track to wellness. It's hard, but doable. The instructor and fellow students are wonderful. I can't wait till Spring to see their flowers.
Sanctuary yoga is a wonderful venue for all levels of yoga practitioners, but I especially like that many are over 40 years old. Veronique and the other teachers tailor the proactive beautifully and mix in contemplative time to address the mind as well as well as the body. The practice can be very challenging, so make sure you are selecting the right class!
After a one-half hour private lesson with Ms. Jewell, I felt I'd learned more about yoga than I had at two eight-week beginner classes at another studio. Altogether, it was about teaching, and not about business. Six stars.
