Lee was excellent - he went above and beyond in customer service and called multiple stores to find the exact frames I wanted. The staff here is always extremely helpful and kind. Highly recommend!
I needed my broken glasses to be fixed, but my usual eye care center had a policy against repairing frames bought from external sources. I walked in and was greeted enthusiastically by all 3 workers present. They were more than willing to help me with my broken glasses!! And at no cost :)
I'm giving them a 4 star because of what they did. I broke my lenses the other day. I won't say where I go but I ended up purchasing a new pair which didn't bother me alot but they didn't replace my old lenses into a different frame. Just told it'll be 3 weeks will call you to pick them up and we sorry you'll just have to make due with the readers you're wearing. I can't drive with them on because there blurry and you dilated my eyes. I barely made it to work safely. That upset me. It's all about caring!
