I got my new eye glasses in Coldwater Michigan store and let me tell you that they are rude when you go to pick up your glasses they don't give you anything to clean them with they didn't ask me to try them on to make sure they fit okay before I even left I will never ever step a foot back in there and I will not recommend them to nobody!!

I give them less than a 1 ☹️ I will never go back to this place. We have been going for well over 10 years. I paid almost 900 for my daughters contacts and glasses which is way more than other places and when I asked for cloth and cleaner she informed me that I didn’t purchase the warranty so we didn’t get that. How in the world do you spend almost 400 on a pair of glasses and can’t even get cleaning stuff included? I literally never ever complain but I am just blown away by this. I have 4 family members who wear glasses and I guess it’s time to find a new place that possible includes a cloth to clean very expensive glasses with.
