I 100% recommend Rising Phoenix! My fiancé has be going there for years. We both went last week and yet again, we are extremely pleased with their work. Hers was done by Jeff and mine was done by machine. Personality, artistic ability, and the atmosphere here are all 10/10. I attached them below.

10/10 would recommend. I was looking for a last minute piercing for myself for my 22nd birthday that is next weekend. They did an excellent job at explaining the different types of piercings and what they did/ were for. I would tell anyone I know who wants a septum piercing to go to Rising Phoenix in Kalamazoo. The staff was extremely polite and was easy to talk to. The only downside is they had a limited option of piercings you could choose from. Other than that I would recommend it.

Went for a tattoo and my tattoo guy had amazing bedside manor and was very quick about his tattooing while keeping me calm, he kept making sure I was okay, he did a great job! Definitely coming back!
