I went in for replacement jewelry and I loved every second of my visit. They were kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Even though I went in right before closing, they made me feel valued. I can’t wait to back for some new piercings!

Zach did an amazing job. Not only was it the less stressful piercing I've had, it's also the best looking. Beautiful selection of fine jewelry. Fun and spunky too. Loved all the service.

Good experience while in house, nice place, pretty jewelry.However, I have now been pierced four times here and none of them were done with the standard size, as told by other piercers and my own research.The first time (a pair so kinda one, kinda two) I thought maybe it was just me and my anatomy, but my other experiences have led me to feel maybe it wasn’t. This was never communicated to me before hand by Kitten Flower (they gave me a card with only the length of the bar and healing time most recently), but I also did not clarify myself which I should have.
