The company was professional plumbing service with efficient work. Technicians came on time, installed new water heater, flush sediment, cleared blocked pipe and fixed draining issues. They gave clear quote, stuck to it and explained everything before leaving. Work was great, respectful and polite, with the heater up and running again quickly. The experience was less stressful and very friendly, and they would recommend the quality plumbing and drain service. They were very professional, efficient and double checked the job, made the company a first for future plumbing.

Our water softner that we installed ourselves finally died on us. Within 24 hours, Thailand had brought a new one to our house and had it all set up. He was so incredibly friendly and would definitely request him again.
George was quick to respond to my needs. Pleasant to deal with as I am a control freak. He installed a lovely new American Standard toilet in reconditioned time that I am more that thrilled with . He cleaned up after himself nicely also. Margo Wattles
