About 7 years in, still using them for mowing. They’re not the cheapest option, but they deliver high value. I once tried switching to save a few bucks, and the drop in service/quality was immediate. This is one of those spaces where you get what you pay for. At the time of this review while under Dave Timmer and Jesse Marshall’s management - ProTurf’s attention to detail is strong, their team goes above and beyond (multiple occasions of different team members stepping up), and if they make a mistake they make it right with zero defensiveness. We’ve had a great experience with ProTurf! Their fertilizer and weed control service has kept our lawn looking consistently green and well-maintained, with far fewer weeds than in previous years. What really stands out is their responsiveness — they reply promptly, address concerns quickly, and are always professional. It’s reassuring to know we can count on them.
I have had Jesse and ProTurf perform my trimming work for quite a few years and they've done a wonderful job! I was really impressed this last time when I noticed Jesse was at my place!!
