I once tried switching to save a few bucks, and the drop in service/quality was immediate. This is one of those spaces where you get what you pay for. At the time of this review while under Dave Timmer and Jesse Marshall’s management - ProTurf’s attention to detail is strong, their team goes above and beyond (multiple occasions of different team members stepping up), and if they make a mistake they make it right with zero defensiveness. Their yard cleanup work is solid too. I’m sure they’re not the most expensive either. There’s some companies out there that also do great work, but really price gouge. You found a good one.“
