My family and I have been working with Shelly for some time now and she has always been an amazing help. I've been seeing her on and off for about two years now and I can confidently say she is the best therapist I have been to. She always makes me feel supported and encourages me to work through the hard stuff. I have accomplished so much healing and moving forward during my time with her and she will always be my top recommendation! Have an adopted child that had early developmental trauma. Shelly is the only person we have worked with that understands trauma and works with the patient to push through feelings and impulses to develop healthy responses to stressful triggers. She also helps the parent/caregiver develop positive tools to communicate more effectively and help the child move forward. Truly a team approach!

Shelly is an extremely talented therapist. She is intuitive, intelligent and knowledgeable on a level I have never experienced before. She has a high level of skill in child development especially helping with healing from significant complex trauma. The work she does has been life changing for me and my family.
