I've been going to Oak Street for the last 5 and 1/2 years I would say that they are one of the best medical facilities that treat outpatients with the upstanding and excellent care I would recommend Oak Street to all seniors who are looking for the same as myself
I started seeing Dr. Brown a few months ago and am so happy to have found him and Oak Street Health. Please don't believe all of the bad reviews that you read here. I'm sure it's a case by case basis and reasons for everything. I have found all of the staff to be wonderful and caring. They are prompt to get back with me when I call. I truly feel cared for Herr. Thank you Oak Street Health and Dr. Brown!
Front desk staff are respectful. The nurse who took my vitals and had me answer a bunch of questions was very nice and respectful. I met Dr. Brown for the first time today and he was very professional. It's nice to finally meet a doctors that cares and listens to a patients concerns and issues. It's hard to find good doctors these days.
