NuWave is the best technology/IT/support company I've ever dealt with, hands-down. They are quick to respond when issues come up, they take the time to explain the "how & why" behind the technology, and they understand our business enough to know when and how our priorities shift depending on the time of year.Our main NuWave technician, John C., is always professional, courteous, and ridiculously knowledgeable in all things tech (hardware & software).HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Arash returned my call within a very short time and understood my issue as I tried to explain it to him. He Fixed it and I was back up and running, being able to take care of my patients within minutes. He was Amazing and so personable especially when he had someone that is not computer savy o the other end of the phone.

Technician Kyle with NuWave is a very nice and knowledgeable person. He had walked me through all the details with the issues that I was having. I would like to try to request him if I have any more issues in the near future.
