We had a leak in the water heater that was just purchased a year ago. (Not from JP HVAC) Tracy got right on helping us get someone to look at it. Michael showed up and took time to evaluate the situation, thought we might need to replace the whole unit. But then he heard a noise that led him to valve that he has on his truck!!! Fixed in less than 2 hours. I cannot say enough about this company. Always helpful. Always treat our questions with respect. Try them!!
Great communication with us and our home insurance company to put in a new AC unit and furnace when the AC went out in the storm. Easy to schedule an appointment. JP himself did great tidy work and came back to walk me thru the products he installed.
