This is the only tanning place I will go! They are awesome! It is always super clean, I can usually get in and out quickly, and the staff is super knowledgeable. Kenzie is amazing! She helped us understand the difference between the different tanning beds and remembered us from before. I can't say enough good things!

Hands down the best customer service and tanning beds in Kalamazoo !!! Plus, the little girl who works behind the counter in the afternoons is the cutest sweetest thing ever . I love that place

Hello! I just want to give much deserved recognition to Alyssa and Kaitlyn at your Portage Rd salon! Their customer service is the best I have ever had in that salon!! I was there today at 4pm 1/30/2025 and I learned so much stuff I didn’t even know I could do with my package and they explained everything to me! ? phenomenal customer service, maybe they should be trainers for the rest of your staff over there! I signed up for the special and never got a tote (I got one now because of the nice ladies) never got offered a lotion with a discount and never explained to me what all I could do with the package!
