Extremely clean office, kind and knowledgeable staff, and Dr. Copeland is polite, caring and detailed. The location is perfect for Mattawan, Portage and Kalamazoo!!! I like how easy it is to make appointments and communicate with the practice.

The ladies at Innovative Eye Care were amazing! They have a very good selection of frames. We specifically went there for the Shaw lens and had a wonderful experience with ordering our glasses and contacts.

I am very happy with Dr. Alexandra Copeland and her staff. I have been dealing with severe dry eye for years. I found Innovative Eye Care a little over a year ago, when I moved to the area. Dr. Copeland started treating my dry eye with basic dry eye therapies. When I wasn't getting much relief, she started consulting with other doctors and developed a more intensive and focused treatment plan for me, which has included in-office therapies, prescription and OTC medications, nutritional supplements, and at-home therapies.
