I'm a very picky person when it comes to my hair. It's straight and fine. They listened to me and gave me a haircut that I actually like. Its cut evenly and something that I can work with.
Easy to find out how long wait will be. I sign up for service from home receive a text when my turn is coming up. I usually arrive just a few minutes early. The stylists are all very good. Receptive to use of pictures or descriptions of the cut/style you want.
Wait time is long but they keep my haircut record from the last time I came in. I sit down and they make sure its what I want, cut it and I pay them. Not much to say. If your haircut is wrong then you probably didnt explain it or you were too afraid to say it was wrong.
