“My husband and I have/had a plan with Langeland. I must admit I wasn’t pleased when we signed up just because I didn’t want to think about end of life. When the inevitable happened the people that came to the house were very respectful and gave us the time we needed to say goodbye. Tyler Langeland had such a calming voice we immediately felt comfortable when we met with him. The process was easy since most of the decisions were already made.Tyler made sure everything was as we wanted, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was right.Now I can say I see the true value in making a plan and i am so glad I did. I have even started to write my own obituary which they suggested we do but I couldn’t bring myself to do it before. I have and will recommend your services going forward.“

“Betzler Life Story was perfect from the start. My brother and I met with Patrick to talk about our mom's life for her bio, and he was extremely personable and interested in hearing about her. It was obvious how much he cared about creating the most accurate picture of her life. The finished product was so well done because of Patrick's careful attention to detail, even with two people contributing at the same time. The service they provided for her funeral was exceptional too. They were watchful of every need and extremely eager to help with any need.“
