My Mother passed and had paid for a prearranged funeral package but because I had moved her from Florida no funeral home would except the policy. Abby was so helpful and supportive. They took it upon themselves to accept the policy and worked with the funeral home in Florida to cover the expenses. I can't thank simply cremations and Abby enough for helping me out in a time of need. Highly recommend and would give 10 stars if I could.“

“When my Dad, Thaddus Pratt, passed on September 4, 2023, Brown’s Funeral Home was the one who came to our house to retrieve his body. This was extremely hard for me so I requested to see Dad’s body again before he was embaumed. Brown’s this meant the world to me and I appreciate you going out your way to make this happen. A few days later, my Mom and us siblings had an appointment with Mrs. Sharon to discuss the funeral arrangements. Mrs. Sharon was so professional and patient with us all.
