Had a great experience with Joe Kerns/Dependable Plumbing. He replaced my mothers water softner and from start to finish Joe was exceptional. He responds almost immediately to any contacts, is flexible with scheduling and is always on time when a date and time has been set. He's professional and friendly. He worked with my mothers HOA to coordinate a water shutoff (something that would have been very awkward for her). The work itself was top notch and the price was right!
