After recent storms, we discovered leaking in our garage. We immediately called Character, since they installed the roof in the Fall of 2020. Colin and the other staff were excellent and were out quickly to diagnose and repair the problem. The repair was timely, excellent, and exceeded our expectations.

Collin is without a doubt the best contractor to work with. We first worked with him in 2020 when our roof was leaking. The quality of his roofing work withstood the tornado in May, unfortunately our attached garage did not. Collin worked with our insurance to get everything covered and seemlessly coordinated all the other companies we needed to work with including C5 electric and Rodgers heating and cooling, which Collin also helped get those services covered.

Character Exteriors replaced the roof on my garage with the quickest lead time and at the lowest price around. Their quote beat the "big guys" in town by THOUSANDS. Their crew worked quick and the clean up was immaculate. Prompt communication and they stand behind their work 100%. A+++
