I was pretty disappointed in this company. We rented a tent, tables and chairs for my daughter’s graduation party. They delivered and set up the tent but left all the tables and chairs stacked up in our yard. I even saw one of the workers lay down in my yard. My daughter pulled up in the driveway and was a bit freaked out to see some random man just laying in the grass. Also, the tables were in horrible condition, it was like a piece of painted brown plywood made into a table. We had to go buy extra thick table clothes because they were so bad. The chairs were also black, and some were flimsy and falling apart. I would not rent from this company again.

I do not recommend this company at all. I called them 4 days short of 4 weeks before my wedding to cancel my order because I no longer needed chairs. The guy on the phone says well you don’t get your $100 deposit back because it’s less than 4 weeks from the wedding… I was never told this rule, nor is it anywhere posted on his website. The guy showed absolutely no customer service skills and zero empathy that I had barely missed his made up cancelation policy. Such a bad experience. Not to mention so over priced.

We attempted to rent from Chair Rental Co. On the day we were supposed to pick up tables and chairs for our son's grad open house, Rick called and said he would be out on deliveries and pick ups most of the day and to meet him there around closing time, but he would call. We received no phone call and decided to wait for him. And 1 1/2 hours after closing time he had still not arrived and no phone call. At that time there were 3 others waiting to get their rentals picked up. We finally called a few friends and family and came up with what we needed for our event and left. We will never go back to this place. So disappointed and upset!
