Bronson Sports Medicine Specialists is an extremely welcoming and accommodating facility. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and provides excellent care. They work hard to see patients right away and are easy to work with. The physical therapy team has all the tools and equipment to do a great job. Patients leave feeling relieved and recommend this as a default place for health care visits. The doctors take time to listen to concerns, are understanding, and truly care. It is a great place for sports medicine and recovery.
I received a hip injection from Dr. Bronsteen. From the moment we walked into the facility, everyone was so friendly & kind; from the gals checking me in, to Steve, who works with Dr. Bronsteen, to Sherry, who checked me out. They are the best!! Highly recommend this facility!!
My big toe took a real bad banging I was for sure I broke it. It bruised right away it just looked awful. I called Bronson triage nurse she said yeah I should get it looked at and to call this place they have a same day clinic. I called and they were able to get me in right away. Everyone was super nice even the receptionists. The bathrooms were clean as well as the waiting rooms. There was adequate parking. You see a physical therapist first to asses you then you get x rays done then you see the doctor. Dr. Waterson was very pleasant to work with, he is very proffesional and knowledgeable! The fact that he took the time to figure out my problem, and offered great solutions without rushing anything! I have never been a fan of many doctors but he is top notch, and I highly recommend him and his team. Also the front desk ladies were great!
