I absolutely love Melanie. She heres my concerns and preferences. Using her expert knowledge, she makes awesome recommendations. Even though my hair has changed over the years she always keeps it fresh and youthful. I am so thankful to have her and Birch Salon!

Very professional setting, sparkling clean, good hygienic protocols for COVID protection. Amy C. & Karrly have been excellent to work with, always patient to listen to our needs, flexing around work schedules and going above and beyond for their customers.

Rachel and April really helped me out! My mother called me in tears after getting her hair ruined at a salon in Paw Paw. I'm out in California so I didn't have many suggestions and had to do some research. I found Birch and loved what I read and reached out to Rachel. She was able to get my mother in with April. My mother had an amazing experience with April and her hair is looking beautiful. April was knowledgeable and knew what was needed to fix her hair in a healthy way. I'm thankful to have found a salon that isn't only talented but has a great customer experience.
