My children began taking Taekwondo at ATA Integrity in 2017, during that time they have grown in body, mind, and strength, so much so, that my husband and I joined as well! The instructors are wonderful - respectful and kind - while expecting you to try your hardest and reach your goals. The owner, Mr. Whately has built his school following the life skills taught in taekwondo; courtesy, loyalty, respect, attitude, perseverance, honor, self-control, and Integrity, skills we all need in our daily lives, skills that he demonstrates and expects his students to use. My 8 year old started as an ATA Tiger when he was 5 and loves it here! He loved martial arts and ATA provided a structured and safe outlet for him to learn and have fun. He has a learning delay in his early years which made it difficult for him to learn and speak. After attending ATA, his auditory skills along with visual instruction were noticeably improved (feedback from his teachers). This helped him focus on tasks at school and at home. He has become more confident, physically stronger, respectful and just happy. :) The school feels like a family with lots of support and encouragement. I highly recommend ATA!
