My first experience with The Furnace Guy was earlier this year when my water heater suddenly began leaking all over. They came right away to help me out. Fast, clean, efficient, and reasonable too!
Later my air conditioner failed during a heat wave. After a discussion, a plan was put in place to replace both my air conditioner and my 20plus year old furnace, which had been on my radar for a while. The amazing crew got in here quickly and installed both units. The guys were so polite and friendly, making me feel like I was working with family. Phil listened to the problem we were facing. He gave us options and benefits of going with one approach vs the other. Scheduling was easy. Payment was all online and seamless. His crew Ethan, John and several others were professional, curteous, cleaned up at the end of each day and also completed the project on time. Excellent team to work with.

I contacted The Furnace Guy because I needed regular HVAC system maintenance done and my air conditioner, while working, has been struggling to keep up with the heat. I was offered several options for appointment times within the next few days. Jeremiah arrived on time, and was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job with both the regular maintenance and diagnosing what was wrong with the air conditioner. He explained my options well, and gave helpful recommendations. I was very impressed with the service provided, and will be contacting The Furnace Guy for any future heating or cooling needs.
