Update: Ownership reached out to discount our bill and we feel it is very fair for our situation. We will use this company again next year and hope to have better results with a different preparer.Unfortunately, our experience hasn’t been great with ADF and ended up frustrating. Once turning in our documents we waited several weeks without hearing anything. After finally inquiring the agent thanked us for reminding him he still had our taxes to complete and to call back in a few more days to make sure he started! Had a great experience! I've been doing my own taxes for years, but they were complicated enough this year that I wanted a professional to handle it. I worked with Jesse Johnson and he was great. Very responsive, took care of my federal return as well as returns for two states. I'll be sticking with them for sure.
