they fixed my old electric wood stove. they were amazing with the entire process.
The Grate Haus installed a Kuma wood stove for us. We love it! Nick and Johnny were very respectful and took pride in their work, which is hard to find anymore. We had a small issue and Nathan was very quick to help us resolve it. So glad they were recommended to us!!
I can honestly give this company a 10 out of 10. They where on time. They communicated in every step of the process and even a week after completing. Besides good quality work and good equipment, I need to tell anyone that reads this that Nathan and his wife are amazing people. The people that work for them are honest and good hearted. The commitment to our God first before all eles is truly inspiring. I personally can not say there prices are better than there competitors because frankly there commitment to God and there Honestly to everyone they meet gives me a peace of mind knowing that I'm get quality equipment, expert service at a price that is fair. I know they are making money it's a business but I also know these people are doing it for the best price for me and for them to support there family and there workers family's. Nathan had started out as a green nose 18 year old kid, working his way up from nothing more than an a simple helper. Working long hours and soaking in knowledge from everyone and everything he could get his hands on. He let God and family and his determination guide him to be able to buy the company one day and turn it into the success it has become today. Now I continue to watch Nathan grow his business and venture into other business such as farming and raising cattle and chickens. He is a huge success. I have to admit I get envious at times knowing that isn't Godly. Then I stop and think about every single time I run into that man we talk and catch up. We talk about our businesses and possibly the economy but that man will never leave a conversation with me without interjecting a verse or story or just something to think about afterwards about God and that my friends is why I recommend The Grate Haus whole heartily and will continue to strive to run my own business as well as Nathan and his wife does.
