We have called this place no less than four times trying to start new service, a month after we called the first time a gentleman came by, but in the interim we had decided to keep and refill the tank that we were initially trying to get rid of. He said that if we called, they would set up an appointment and he would bring a brand new tank. It's been 3 weeks, we called the day he left and we still haven't heard back from them.

I placed an order for propane when I was at 30%, but a power outage hit and my usage went up due to the generator. Ferrellgas took my pre-fill money, but after repeated calls and promises to get back to me, a manager still has not called to schedule a fill. This company really does NOT seem to care about customer service and says there is no way to get any propane faster- my family is going to be in the cold. For several years they were very dependable, a bit overpriced but, reliable. However the last few months not so much. Very hard to get in contact with, take 2 weeks or more to deliver the propane. Definitely not when they say it will be delivered. Prices going up but service and reliability going way down.
