I made a mistake and touched my stylists scissors and cut a small tip off a pkg . They never had a problem with me using combs mirrors phone plugs. So I didn't think kim my stylists would care well she insisted I dulled her scissors a very corner of a pkg so she said she had to get her scissors sharpened and insisted it was $25.00 it was a honest mistake.. I paid but will not return
Brandi has been doing my hair now for a while. I always look forward to our appointments. She is helpful, professional, funny and friendly. I couldn't ask for a better stylist. Smart Style hit the head on the nail bringing Brandi in.... look at me .. seriously this kind of beauty doesn't happen by accident...
