I was happy to be able to get an appointment quickly and received THE best haircut from Rabecka. She is very experienced and not intimated by my thick hair. I finally feel like I found a compatible hair dresser. I’m grateful to have someone with her skill set here in Jackson. Highly recommend ?

I called Ulta to set an appointment to get my eyebrows waxed, after a rather rude conversation with them, I called the JC Penny Salon. The customer service was phenomenal from the initial phone call to the end of my appointment. I was lucky to get Brandy on the phone & asked if I could make an appointment for Thursday, this was on Tuesday of the same week. She said they were pretty full, but that there was a 3pm appointment she could offer me. Unfortunately, I had to decline, thanking her, I told her that is when I needed to pick up my daughter from school. She then said “you know what?
