After my surgery in February 2019 I have told this office something is not right. I seen doctor Pinson in March as well as the new doctor in May and June. I called for two whole weeks begging them for an appointment or a urine test. They ignored me saying you have an appointment in two weeks. Long story short I ended up in the hospital twice by the time my appointment came, with a very very bad kidney infection and I only have one kidney. I had begged them nurses for help. They acted as if I was asking for narcotic when all I needed was a simple urine screen. I had a delicate procedure and Dr Pinson and his staff were professional and caring. They took the time to explain my situation and kept me apprised of the situation.

I would not send my dog to see Dr Pinson, Does not provide proactive care. Does not treat underlying issues.
