Our Family Friend has been a wonderful support for our family as we care for our elderly father with dementia. From our initial visit with Grace to the subsequent visits with Laetitia and Maureen, our experience with everyone has been nothing but positive. The staff at OFF are reliable, consistent, and communicate very well. The online companion care Family Room allows us as family members to know about our father’s visits and communicate back with staff.
