“First time visiting the salon for color and highlights, and it did not come out the way I wanted it. I may not have explained what I wanted well enough. I felt bad having to complain, but their response was amazing and they booked me to come back in. Niveah (I hope I spelled that right) was my stylist and she treated me very well. She was so professional and friendly, even though she had to redo my hair. The second time around, she nailed it and I am so happy with the outcome. I really appreciated her attitude throughout the whole process.

I used to take my kids to a different salon, until they cut my son's ear really badly( that was a terrible experience)and did nothing to solve the issue. that's when I found Kimmie.
