I am on Medicaid, and Zoe knew all the ins and outs of what it paid and didn't. Grant went the extra mile to offer to call me when they got notifed of when they would start to take my insurance plan.“

“For the past 20 years I have purchased eye glasses at my eye doctors office. The past 3 years they have been unable to fit my glasses properly and which has caused me to have difficulty seeing. They made me feel like I was crazy. After 4 times back and forth this year I finally asked for a refund to go elsewhere. I received a refund, but not without the office manager telling me they sell hundreds of glasses and didn't know what my problem was. My sister and friend go to Gregory Optical and said they never heard of such a thing. I went to Gregory Optical. Baltia was was my technician and she is amazing. She is very kind and professional. Baltia spent an hour with me checking the fit and finding the right frame for me. I picked up my glasses this week and it is the first time I have been able to actually wear my new glasses out of the building in 3 years and not feel like they were sucking my eyeballs out of my head.
