Kevin show up early to do the inspection inside and outside. He looked at everything, from the tiles on the roof, to the fence around the home, to the foundation which the home sits. He checked for gap on the windows and doors, he took pictures for the report. Inside the home, he checked under the sinks, faucets, windows, gas stove, frig, lights, dishwasher, garbage disposal, doors, air conditioner unit, vents, filters, check that the wiring was grounded in every plug, check for water marks in the walls and ceiling. Kevin came out and did my home inspection when I purchased my house and was thorough and timely. He found a couple of insulation issues and I was able to get those taken care of. Definitely recommend.
