had an inducer motor go out. it was 9 p.m. instead of paying for an unnecessary emergency call, Andy called and we determined the motor would have to be ordered ahead of time. he cared enough to explain and we decided that he should come to replace after he received it. I believe he cares!!
Your AI system is AWFUL, need the ability to speak to an actual person. However, McCully, who came to provide us service/repairs was amazing and we can't thank him enough for his professionalism and kindness!!! AI System details: we called around 8AM (furnace quit around 2:30 AM according to our smart thermostat) - no problem - they set us up with and emergency appointment for that same "morning" - no time frame. Called back around 10:30 - AI System gave us a Technician name but could not provide a time frame. Asher and Anthony were knowledgeable and helpful. They did the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after. Such a great experience. I will continue to call Aspen for all my plumbing needs!
