We received a phone call 2 days prior to the day we agreed upon. Bruce showed at the exact time that was set and covered the entire work area with plastic to keep everything clean. His workers then showed up and began the process. Every time they entered the house they removed their shoes. They were both extremely cordial and polite to both me and my wife. He already previously bid on the job so he told us when the roof was installed, which is information we didn’t have then he provided to tell me how little was wrong with the previous job, and how easy fix it would beThis was so different than the other people who were giving us estimates everybody else said it would be several thousand dollars one was as 7500. This could’ve cost me and my family thousands of dollars for an unnecessary repair.
