“My experience with MCHI was as a resident in an apartment, so while I didn't have a say in who was being hired or what was being done, I did have direct experience with this team. I can't speak to the work, that's beyond my purview, but Sean was one of the most professional, kind people I've ever met. Picture this: we have a very sensitive dog. Sean met me with compassion and empathy. He proceeded to regularly clean a path outside our apartment to ensure there were no nails, stopping to do so more frequently than the other spots. He gave me his cell so I could contact him before I took her out. He pet her when she was excited to see a stranger. I was blown away.

And then - as if that wasn't great enough - he remembered and texted me when they arrived a few weeks later to do the gutters.
