“My experience with MCHI was as a resident in an apartment, so while I didn't have a say in who was being hired or what was being done, I did have direct experience with this team. I can't speak to the work, that's beyond my purview, but Sean was one of the most professional, kind people I've ever met. Picture this: we have a very sensitive dog. We got through the 4th of July fireworks, then wake up at 8am on July 5th to our roof being worked on. She's petrified. I'm stressed. She's stressed. It's not great. I came outside to figure out a way to get her out and honestly.... I was not my best self.

Sean met me with compassion and empathy. He proceeded to regularly clean a path outside our apartment to ensure there were no nails, stopping to do so more frequently than the other spots. He gave me his cell so I could contact him before I took her out. He pet her when she was excited to see a stranger. I was blown away.

And then - as if that wasn't great enough - he remembered and texted me when they arrived a few weeks later to do the gutters.
