“Ramtra did a full bathroom renovation for us that included knocking down a fall and moving a significant amount of plumbing in 2023. Randy and Pete were absolutely wonderful to work with and communicated constantly with us. Unlike other contractors we've worked with in the past, Randy's crew showed up and didn't show up when stated and worked wonders around our toddler, letting us know when things would be loud, messy or not contained. Randy went above and beyond in helping us pick products, troubleshooting items and brainstorming ideas. He even personally brought us a generator during a storm when the power went out. I cannot say enough positive things about Ramtra and the finished product is absolutely gorgeous, functional and well done.“

“My experience with MCHI was as a resident in an apartment, so while I didn't have a say in who was being hired or what was being done, I did have direct experience with this team. I can't speak to the work, that's beyond my purview, but Sean was one of the most professional, kind people I've ever met. Picture this: we have a very sensitive dog. We got through the 4th of July fireworks, then wake up at 8am on July 5th to our roof being worked on. She's petrified. I'm stressed. She's stressed. It's not great. I came outside to figure out a way to get her out and honestly.... I was not my best self.

Sean met me with compassion and empathy. He proceeded to regularly clean a path outside our apartment to ensure there were no nails, stopping to do so more frequently than the other spots. He gave me his cell so I could contact him before I took her out. He pet her when she was excited to see a stranger. I was blown away.

And then - as if that wasn't great enough - he remembered and texted me when they arrived a few weeks later to do the gutters.

Quality of work is one thing, but this level of service (especially considering I wasn't even the person behind hiring the team) shows true character. Thank you, truly.“

“I have run it out in Apartment from Mario at 34130 Utica Rd. and two separate occasions. They are the most pleasant people to work with and very helpful and was always there. If you needed them I went through a rough time the first time I lived with them and had to move out had nothing to do with them. I had to deal with a family situation and they understood 100% I couldn’t have been more grateful for the hospitality and respect that they give always answered your phone calls and text messages without hesitation. “Fairfield Construction LLC returned my first call and soon came to my home to talk about converting a half bathroom into a laundry area. This appointment was much appreciated because even though it was a small space, it was complicated and required the skills of a plumber, electrician, HVAC technician, carpenter, floor installer, and painter.
After the room was created, a tall, heavy LG Washtower had to be connected, and other finishing touches completed.
I am grateful that I had a trusted, hardworking, knowledgeable, and highly skilled person to make this room happen for me.

“Hired Luxury Kitchens to reface my cabinets as they are 15 years old but in excellent condition. Only problem was that they were very outdated. Searched for cabinet refacing near me in Shelby Twp and Luxury Kitchens pulled up. I called them on a Monday and that Wednesday we had an estimate set up. Wayne Smith showed up on time and was very professional and covered every detail, even a few the other bids had missed. Cabinets turned out more beautiful that I thought they would, and we now have all of the updated features of a new kitchen with hidden soft close hinges and full extension/soft close drawer boxes.
