“Keaton did a fabulous job. Extremely satisfied. But. Here's the problem I have with hair and nail Salons. When I take my car to the mechanics, or when I go to the doctors, or when I call the plumber, the people that take care of me are experts and educated, but never does the person that took care of me ask for a tip, in addition to the bill they quoted me. So why do Salons feel like we should tip? All the other examples I gave are employees of a company and they only get a certain amount of the total bill, but they are paid well, and so are hair designers and nail techs. Now ask me to tip a waitress that only makes by law $3.69 an hour and depends on tips to make it worth being there, and I tip very generously. But I'm not going to tip someone that already makes $20-$50 an hour. I don't even make that much. Include the tip in your posted prices, don't ask me for a tip when I just paid $285 for a 2 hour visit.Services: Shampoo & conditioning“

“Let me just start off with saying, AMAZING SERVICE. Every time I have come here Ivy and whoever is there helping her have always been so kind! Me and my mom always look forward to coming and getting our nails and toes done! I have always had amazing service here and my acrylic nails always stay on for 2 weeks+. My mom always gets the dip on her nails and lasts for a super long time with her and she loves it. My latest nails I have gotten are probably my favorite I have gotten so far!! What really makes me sad is how many bad reviews this nail salon gets. People are putting so much hate towards this salon and I cannot even imagine how hard it is to run a nail salon with almost no help! I have had nothing but good service when coming here! Again, love coming here and always look forward to seeing Ivy when coming here!!Services: Foot massages“
