I have been hiring Universal Heating and cooling for almost 30 years. They have installed and repaired equipment at my home but mostly installed, repaired and maintain all my rooftop units on the many commercial buildings which I own. They not only do excellent work, they are very professional, are highly experienced in trouble shooting issues and are totally reliable. They alway provide timely communication and show up when they say they will. The few times over the years when due to scheduling I had to hire another company I was quickly reminded why I only use Universal…..Honesty , integrity and always very fair pricing. I have referred them to all my friends and family and always hear back how wonderful they were to deal with. I will never use any other HVAC company except Universal. Honesty, ability and fair pricing are the most important things to me when it comes to hiring a company and Universal checks all the boxes and then some. A great company run by wonderful people.
The job was done right the first time. Their employees were very courteous. The contractor was very knowledgeable about repairs that others could not fix.
