Ken Williams has been maintaining my HVAC system for several years. I have been extremely pleased with his yearly maintenance with my furnace & AC. So, when my old AC died I knew that Ken would be the one to install a new and better unit than the last company I had worked with. He always takes time with the customer to explain exactly what work needs to be done & takes the time to do everything correctly to the last detail. You can't beat his rates, they are extremely reasonable. Ken is fussy about leaving his work area neat & even has shoe covers if the area calls for that. Ken at Ambient Climate Control did such an amazing job on our A/C unit. He was able to diagnosis the problem we were having in a timely manner and the fix made our system better than it was before! Not to mention he found that the parts replaced on the A/C prior weren't even the correct parts for our unit!Ken is very honest and got the job done quickly with impeccable communication. Ken and Ambient Climate Control worked with our organization to install heater units in a community greenhouse in Pontiac.
