This is an outstanding small, local, business, that provides quality care. My furnace went out during the winter storm. Ken (the owner) responded to my house, right-away, and immediately fixed my malfunction. In addition, Ken tried to trouble shoot my problem over the phone. It felt like I was talking to a long time friend. When we couldn’t solve it, Ken responded to my house. Ken was extremely professional and displayed a tremendous amount of knowledge. Ken took the extra time to explain my situation and provided me tips to better maintain and troubleshoot my furnace. And of course, he fixed my problem. Furthermore, hours after Ken left, he called me and to make sure everything was still functioning! The service is second to none! I feel extremely fortunate to have a repair company, like Ken’s, in our community. No matter what issues arise, I will depend on his company for the solution!
