I felt bad having to complain, but their response was amazing and they booked me to come back in. Niveah (I hope I spelled that right) was my stylist and she treated me very well. She was so professional and friendly, even though she had to redo my hair. The second time around, she nailed it and I am so happy with the outcome. I really appreciated her attitude throughout the whole process.
