“I had to wait 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time which was fine, but I felt really awkward. I was simply told to have a seat when i walked in and was left sitting there for 20 minutes. I would have appreciated if someone had just quickly said they were running behind schedule. The haircut itself was also ok. Emily did it and she was pretty friendly but did not really do what I asked from the picture I showed her. It still turned out cute though, so I don't mind as much. I think it was very reasonably priced at $25 so I would probably be back just because of that.“
