We arranged for towing thru our insurance carrier and are so fortunate West Michigan Towing was selected. They were professional, friendly and helpful from start to finish. To start, I received exceptional customer service from dispatch. She went over and above to arrange a specific time to tow the vehicle (our daughter’s car and we’re not in Holland), but also eased my mind. Thank you! From there, Tim picked up her car and could not been more helpful or friendly. Again, putting our minds at ease and making this process seamless. Thank you so much, West Michigan Towing!

West Michigan Towing and Tim were wonderful! The key fob for my keyless car got lost and I needed a tow to the dealership to get it replaced. Scheduling the tow was quick and easy, Tim called right when they said he would, showed up right when he said he would, and had my car on the truck in no time! It was $121 and change for a 4 mile tow which felt more than reasonable! Tim sent a picture confirming the drop off and went the extra mile making sure the dealership was aware as well. I will definitely be using West Michigan Towing for any future needs!
