I recently had the pleasure of using this family-owned tow truck company, and I must say, they were absolutely amazing! From the moment I called, their customer service was top-notch. They were friendly, understanding, and really went above and beyond to assist me. When the tow truck arrived, it was clean and well-maintained, which gave me confidence in their professionalism. I had the pleasure of working with Tim today. My car had stalled on a side road off of Chicago Dr. and Tim came to my rescue. Upon his arrival, he was swift and extremely friendly.
