My son was forced off the road to avoid a wreck less driver during a blizzard. The Jeep went down deep embankment and stuck in 3 to 4ft of snow with -31 windchill.LKM tried to get him out with a standard tow but it was too buried. Their heavy duty trucks were all busy getting larger trucks and semi's out of the ditches. I spoke with Dave who is the dispatcher and asked if he could get my son and take him to the tow company because thete was no one locally that could pick him up from the frigid cold.We live two states away and could not get there in time. Dave personally drove in that bad weather and got my son out of the car and drove my son to his college room location....read full review
