My hot water heater blew out the day before Thanksgiving. My warranty company gave me the run around and never got around to fixing it . I called Chad on a Wednesday evening and by Thursday afternoon he had a new one installed and running. It took him 3 hours to do what my warranty company couldn't do in 2 weeks. THANKS CHAD AND CREW YOU ARE AWESOME AND VERY RESPECTFULL !!!!
